Assisting the Growing Number of Underprivileged Families in Ohio
A growing number of families in central Ohio are living with the effects of poverty. Currently, more than 1.6 million residents of our state live below the poverty line, and one in five children in Ohio belong to a family that struggles with hunger, homelessness, or lack of access to seasonal clothing.
The Erlanger Agency is concerned about the growth of poverty in our area, and we are launching a campaign to provide relief to families in the Columbus area.
Providing Relief to Families in Crisis
The Erlanger Agency is now officially a Regional Ambassador for the #AgentsofChange network, and our primary focus is on reversing the cycles of poverty affecting central Ohio. We will be pitching in with outreach initiatives to provide local families and children with fresh food, supporting assistance programs for families in financial crisis, and championing efforts to encourage local children to remain in school and complete their education.
Thousands of families in and around Columbus need our help, and we can’t reach them all without your support.
How You can Support This Campaign
Supporting this campaign is easy; all we need you to do is invite your family members and friends into the Erlanger Agency for a free insurance consultation. Once here, we can provide them with details on our campaign to assist local families in crisis. Then, after they leave, we will make a donation IN YOUR NAME to a program or initiative in our area that provides real assistance to families in need.
Ending the Cycles of Poverty
There’s never been a better time to get involved in making our community happier and healthier. Join us, and let’s end the cycles of poverty that affect too many families in our area.
